Nicole Raglin, NCPT

OWNER AND HEAD INSTRUCTOR

Hi I'm Nicole! My journey with Pilates started in 2001 after the birth of my youngest son. It quickly became my go-to method for maintaining strength, balance and a pain-free body. Inspired by how Pilates heals and transforms, I pursued a career in health and wellness and am now the proud owner of Synergy Pilates and a lead educator for Polestar Pilates.

With over 2 decades of experience working with clients I have had the opportunity to help a multitude of people improve their movement, strength and overall well-being. I completed my comprehensive training through Balanced Body and Polestar Pilates and hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Pilates for neuro rehab, Anusara yoga, Reiki,  Soft tissue release technique and Nuero linguistic programming. I work with individuals of all ages, including athletes, pre/postnatal moms, peri-menopause and beyond and people focusing on active aging with confidence and strength.

My approach combines a deep mind-body connection, biomechanics, and a focus on alignment, breath, control and mindful movement. Whether you are a new Pilates enthusiast or have years of experience my mission is to help you move pain-free, with strength and confidence.

When I'm not in the studio you can find me exploring nature, in the world of bio-hacking, leading women's wellness groups, paddle boarding or expanding my knowledge in movement science.

Contact the studio today to schedule your first session and take the first step to a healthier, stronger, happier you!

Lauren Lee

Junior Instructor

Hi! I’m Lauren Lee.
I found Pilates during a time of major transition in my life. What started as a workout quickly became so much more — it helped me rebuild my strength, reconnect with myself, and heal both physically and mentally. That personal experience is what drives my passion for teaching today. My classes blend classical Pilates principles with a modern, supportive approach, focusing on mindful movement, proper form, and true strength from within. I believe Pilates has the power to transform not just your body, but your confidence and resilience, too. Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or deepening your practice, I’m here to guide you every step of the way — and help you feel empowered in your own body.

Wenqian Ji

Wenqian began dancing at age 5 and discovered Pilates in 2021, which helped alleviate her lower back pain. After seeing the benefits for her family, her passion for Pilates grew. She’s now diving deeper into Pilates theory through the Polestar instructor program, starting in 2024, with a mission to help others experience the transformative power of movement.

Rebekah Ho

Apprentice Instructor

Hi, I’m Rebekah! Pilates changed my life by helping me relieve the chronic pains I had silently endured since my early 30s, the pains that intensified after becoming a parent. Like many others, I put my own discomfort aside while caring for my family, not realizing how much my body was trying to tell me.

Through Pilates, I discovered the power of mindful movement. Learning how breath, alignment, and mobility work together not only helped me move without pain, but gave me a deeper connection to my body.

As a parent, I understand how easy it is to ignore your own wellbeing and how quickly those small aches can grow. That personal experience helps me connect with others who are going through the same struggles.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned. Whether you’re managing physical discomfort, adjusting to the demands of parenting, or just wanting to move better, I’m here to support you. I truly believe everyone deserves to feel strong, supported, and at ease in their body.

Arielle Margalit Hecht

Apprentice Instructor

Blessings, I’m Arielle! Pilates to me is prayer in motion; it’s a way of being present with ourselves, our bodies and regaining a deep sense of autonomy and alignment physically and in our lives. As Joseph Pilates said, “Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.”

Movement and the mystical have always been central to my life; I found yoga as a teenager and practiced and taught a yoga-pilates fusion style class for several years in my twenties. Following that, I entered an austere meditation path that left me blissful, yet very disconnected from my body and struggling to function. In a perfect storm sort of scenario, I ended up debilitated with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and had to reevaluate my entire life.

Pilates found me on my knees, and brought me back to life! I started slow with private reformer sessions and gradually began to rebuild my strength, confidence and ability. I felt called to get Certified with Polestar and share the gift of Pilates with more people; with a special focus and sensitivity for those with chronic illness. As a globally-regarded meditation teacher with well over a decade of experience in helping people to find a sense of calm within and connection to the sacred, it is deeply meaningful to me to bring a prayerfulness and meditative quality to my pilates classes - and especially, to help bring pilates to those who may be struggling to find hope in feeling good in their bodies again. Have faith! As Joseph Pilates said, “You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.”
