Hi I'm Nicole! My journey with Pilates started in 2001 after the birth of my youngest son. It quickly became my go-to method for maintaining strength, balance and a pain-free body. Inspired by how Pilates heals and transforms, I pursued a career in health and wellness and am now the proud owner of Synergy Pilates and a lead educator for Polestar Pilates.

With over 2 decades of experience working with clients I have had the opportunity to help a multitude of people improve their movement, strength and overall well-being. I completed my comprehensive training through Balanced Body and Polestar Pilates and hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Pilates for neuro rehab, Anusara yoga, Reiki,  Soft tissue release technique and Nuero linguistic programming. I work with individuals of all ages, including athletes, pre/postnatal moms, peri-menopause and beyond and people focusing on active aging with confidence and strength.

My approach combines a deep mind-body connection, biomechanics, and a focus on alignment, breath, control and mindful movement. Whether you are a new Pilates enthusiast or have years of experience my mission is to help you move pain-free, with strength and confidence.

When I'm not in the studio you can find me exploring nature, in the world of bio-hacking, leading women's wellness groups, paddle boarding or expanding my knowledge in movement science.

Contact the studio today to schedule your first session and take the first step to a healthier, stronger, happier you!

Hi, I’m Rebekah! Pilates changed my life by helping me relieve the chronic pains I had silently endured since my early 30s, the pains that intensified after becoming a parent. Like many others, I put my own discomfort aside while caring for my family, not realizing how much my body was trying to tell me.

Through Pilates, I discovered the power of mindful movement. Learning how breath, alignment, and mobility work together not only helped me move without pain, but gave me a deeper connection to my body.

As a parent, I understand how easy it is to ignore your own wellbeing and how quickly those small aches can grow. That personal experience helps me connect with others who are going through the same struggles.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned. Whether you’re managing physical discomfort, adjusting to the demands of parenting, or just wanting to move better, I’m here to support you. I truly believe everyone deserves to feel strong, supported, and at ease in their body.
